Right of withdrawal & returns

IN SHORT
- You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- For hygiene reasons, this applies to pairs that are still in their sealed individual pack. Once a pack has been opened, that pair can no longer be returned under the right of withdrawal.
- Returns are free – we send you a prepaid return label.
- Faulty or wrong items are always covered by your statutory rights – even if the pack has been opened.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (H&N WHOLESALE LTD, Office 408, Screenworks, 22 Highbury Grove, London, N5 2ER, United Kingdom, email: daydryunderwear@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

After you have told us that you wish to withdraw, we will send you a prepaid return label by email. The return address depends on your country and is shown on this label. You shall send back the goods using this label without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

EXCEPTION: SEALED HYGIENE PRODUCTS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery (Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Every pair of Day-Dry underwear is packed and sealed individually. This means:
- Pairs in their unopened, sealed pack can be returned within 14 days.
- Pairs whose pack has been opened cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.

Bundles: if you return only some pairs from a bundle, we refund the proportional share of the bundle price you actually paid (for example, one pair from a 3-pair pack at €39 = €13).

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, you are entitled to your statutory rights (legal guarantee of conformity, at least 2 years from delivery) – regardless of whether the pack has been opened. Please email us at daydryunderwear@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, and we cover the return costs in these cases.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at daydryunderwear@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return (or use the form below).
2. We will send you a prepaid return label for your country by email.
3. Pack the sealed pairs, attach the label and hand the parcel to the carrier. Return shipping is free for you.
4. We refund you within 14 days as described above.
