1. SCOPE AND SELLER
These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers in our online store at day-dry.com. Your contract partner is H&N WHOLESALE LTD, Office 408, Screenworks, 22 Highbury Grove, London, N5 2ER, United Kingdom, registered in England and Wales under company number 14562718 ("Day-Dry", "we", "us"). Contact: daydryunderwear@gmail.com. Further details can be found in our Legal notice.

2. PRODUCTS
We sell reusable, absorbent underwear for light bladder leaks. Product descriptions, sizes and pictures on the product page describe the essential characteristics of the goods. Colours may differ slightly depending on your screen.
Our products are sold in packs of 3, 5 or 10 pairs. Single pairs are not sold.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The presentation of products in our store is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the button to complete your order at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. You can correct any input errors before submitting your order. We will confirm receipt of your order by email immediately; this confirmation is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we send you a shipping confirmation or dispatch the goods. We store the contract text and send you the order details by email.
The contract language is English.

4. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
All prices are in euros and include VAT and any import taxes. Shipping is free for all orders, and there are no customs fees on delivery. Bundle prices are applied automatically at checkout.

5. PAYMENT
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout (for example credit/debit card, PayPal or other methods offered in your country). The amount is charged when you place your order.

6. DELIVERY
We deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping policy, where you can also find processing and delivery times. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment already made.

7. RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until they have been paid in full.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal. Details, the exception for opened hygiene packs and the model withdrawal form can be found in our Return and refund policy.

9. STATUTORY GUARANTEE
You are entitled to the statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract (legal guarantee of conformity). The guarantee period is at least 2 years from delivery. Please contact us at daydryunderwear@gmail.com if there is a problem with your order.

10. PRODUCT USE
Day-Dry underwear is designed for light to moderate bladder leaks and holds up to 100 cc. It is not a medical device. Please follow the care instructions (machine wash, no fabric softener) so that the absorbent layers keep working. If you have a medical condition, please ask your doctor for advice.

11. LIABILITY
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical at the time the contract was concluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

12. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Please contact us directly with any complaint – we will do our best to find a solution.
