Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER
Shipping is free on all orders – there is no minimum order value.

WHERE WE DELIVER
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

DELIVERY TIME
- Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery usually takes 6–10 business days from the date of your order.
- Your order is shipped from our warehouse in China with a tracked international carrier.
Delivery times are estimates. If a delay occurs, we will let you know by email.

DISCREET PACKAGING
Every order is shipped in a plain, discreet parcel. The outside of the parcel does not show what is inside. Each pair of underwear is individually packed.

TRACKING
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

NO CUSTOMS FEES ON DELIVERY
All prices include VAT and any import taxes. For deliveries to EU countries, import VAT is paid in advance through the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). For Switzerland and Norway, all import taxes and fees are also covered by us. You will not have to pay anything extra on delivery.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DELIVERY
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at daydryunderwear@gmail.com with your order number. The risk of loss or damage during transport passes to you only when the parcel is delivered to you.
